Managing Access

Giving Access

Access your Club Control Panel and click the ‘Settings’ tab, then select ‘Manage Access’ from the left-hand menu.

Here you can view all the members who have ‘full’ or ‘limited team’ access to the individual sections in your Club Control Panel.

To add ‘full’ member access to certain sections, hover over the grey ‘Add Access’ button towards the top-right of the page and select ‘Webmaster’ from the drop-down list.

In the overlay, type the name of the member in the ‘Search members’ field and click their name when it appears the drop-down.

Then tick the sections of the Club Control Panel you wish to grant them access to and click the green ‘Add Access’ button.

Limited Team Access


To add ‘limited team’ access, hover over the grey ‘Add Access’ button towards the top-right of the page and select ‘Team Admin’ from the drop-down list.

In the overlay, type the name of the member in the ‘Search members’ field and click their name when it appears the drop-down.

Then select the team you wish to grant them access for and click the green ‘Add Access’ button.
