Choosing a delivery day

Additionally, you can specify a preferred day for your members to receive the Weekly Roundup Emails on.

Click into the ‘Emails can be sent on’ drop-down and select a day for the emails to be sent.

Edit-Emails-4

If you choose ‘Any day’, emails will be sent to each member on the day that member has specified in their preferences.

If a member has not specified a preferred day to receive emails, the email will be sent on the ‘Default choice’ day.

To change this day, click into the ‘Default choice’ drop-down and select a day.

Edit-Emails-5

Note that it is not possible to select a default choice day if you have specified a day for emails to be sent on. This is because all emails will be sent on your chosen day irrespective of member preferences, and thus a default choice day is not required.

Click the grey ‘Add sponsor’ button located in the centre of the page.

Please Note

If adding your own custom header image to your Weekly Roundup emails, it must be exactly sized at 600 pixels in width and 120 pixels in height.

Top Tip

As part of the bespoke artwork for your website on the Standard or Pro package, you are also eligible for a bespoke header design for your Weekly Roundup Emails.

This will help to unify the format between your club’s website and the emails sent to your members.
