2019-20 Men & Women's Tennent's League Fixtures Announced

By Mark Brown

Broughton Men face a tough trip to the Borders whilst Louise Forsyth's Women open their campaign at home.

The Men's team, currently recruiting for a new Head Coach, take the trip to Hawick where they open their Tennent's East Division 1 season against Harlequins on the 7th September, before they head back to Wardie seven days later to take on fellow Terries Linden. The seven month tournament finishes once again on the road against St Boswells.

Forsyth's Women open at home against Annan on Sunday 18th August before heading across the M8 to take on Glasgow University. The Tennent's National 1 side will have their first ever North Edinburgh derby on the 8th September, exactly 10 years since Broughton played their inaugural fixture.

The Women's transitional season sees the round of league fixtures finish in late September and it's on the road to Stewartry. Depending on their final placing, play-offs await for promotion - and relegation!

Full fixtures will be put on the website soon.
