A 5-minute spell cost Chasetown in the opening friendly.

The hosts netted after 11, 13 and 15 minutes and had one disallowed on 14 as Chasetown went 3-0 behind.

A minute or so before the interval Alex Curtis' free kick was headed home by James Askey.
