Coaching Development Lunch - Sat 7 September

As discussed with most of you at some point, we'll be working with our Community Rugby Coach, Frank Butler, on a close basis this season. We are one of the two focus clubs in Wiltshire this season and the aim is to further develop the quality of coaching across the U12 - U18 age grades to ultimately ensure a smoother transition from the younger age groups into our Academy and Senior teams. Frank will be working directly with individual age groups as well as bringing us together occasionally to share best practice, transfer knowledge and discuss issues - all areas we know from feedback that we can improve on.

The Coaching Development Group will launch on Saturday 7th September at 12:30 pm with a meeting in the Birch Grove Pavilion for all coaches and team managers working in these age groups which will provide more detail. After which all are invited to a lunch which will be provided in the clubhouse ahead of the opening 1st XV fixture against Sherborne.

Please can I ask you to distribute this invite to your coaching groups, co-ordinate responses and at some point later this month I'll need you to confirm numbers for catering. Hopefully the holiday season will be largely over by 07/09 and I hope you can all help ensure a good attendance.
