We welcome all children, boys and girls, in Year 1 and 2 at school. Our under 6s and 7s play tag rugby, which is a non-contact game concentrating on developing the basic skills of running, evading, tagging and passing and is equally suitable for boys and girls.
We train on Sunday mornings at 10.30 the Club, We play short friendly matches against other club teams, every other week or so. We may also enter some round robin tournaments. The emphasis is very much on enjoyment and team work, although winning is also nice when it happens. We welcome everybody, and are very keen to see new players - boys and girls. Please just come along to a training session on a Sunday morning at 10.30am. Anyone interested in trying out rugby is welcome to attend a few sessions with no commitment.
