ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2019

Members are advised of the date of the Annual General Meeting for 2019.

All Calling Notice reports, agenda and accounts will be forwarded to members who have updated their email address in the recent membership detail 2019 request. Please contact the Secretary if you require an alternate version.

With regard to the election of officers and other posts, the Secretary draws your attention to the nomination form posted in the Pavilion. Please enter nominations on the form or post/telephone them to the Secretary by 21st February 2019. Anyone is eligible for nomination after financial membership for at least 6 months and supported by two other members. 

Please make every effort to attend the meeting as the Club seeks your support.
