SQUAD NEWS: Ty Belford Departs

Ty, who is the brother of Boro’ Captain Cam, has joined Hinckley AFC, where his brother Courtney is Manager.

Belford, who had a previous spell with the Club in 2017, returned to the Boro’ in January, but didn’t appear in goal during the run in. Ty, did however, make four substitute appearances towards the end of the season in an attacking role as the Boro’s squad suffered a spate of injuries. The former Swindon Town ‘keeper, who agreed not to take a fee for his time last season as the Club struggled through a financial crisis, departs with the gratitude of all at the Boro’.

The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank Ty for his loyal service and wish him all of the best with his future career.
