Luke To Take On The Spring WOLF Run for Charity

By Mark Sampson

Thrumpton Senior Player Luke Stratford is taking on the WOLF Run to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of his Mum.

2018 saw Senior Player Luke Stratford lose his Mum following her battle with Cancer. As a result Luke took a year away from Cricket.

He is however making a comeback this year helping Mark Priestley with the clubs new Development Team.

To do his bit in his Mum's memory and to help raise some money to help eradicate this horrible disease, something that is going to affect the majority of us in our lives, Luke will be dragging himself and his beer belly around a 10km obstacle course in Warwickshire called the Spring WOLF (Woods, Obstacles, Lake & Fields)

The video below shows you for a taste of what he will be putting himself through.
