TRFC U16s
Welcome! The Under 14s will playing rugby matches in the Herts and Middlesex league, as well as friendly fixtures throughout the 2019/19 season.
We welcome all players of any playing ability to join us at any point during the season.
We will be training twice a week. Sundays at 11:00-13:00, and Wednesday night 19:00-20:30.
All sessions are run by our qualified coaches who always prioritise game based training over drills.
