Frampton United gained a 2-0 victory over todays visitors Wick with a double from Manolo Marquez Espada. The home side took the lead after 12 minutes when Joe Wilton’s cross into the box bounced awkwardly for the Wick defence and Espada was there to send the ball home. Josh Beadle was unlucky when his shot rebounded off the post just before the break. They then hit the post and the crossbar before the they got a second on sixty-eight minutes after Joss Beadle sent the ball out wide to Ryan Vincent and his perfect cross into the box was finished off by Espada. Four minutes from the end Wick’s Sam Thomas had his shot well saved by the home keeper and a couple of minutes later Sean Morris was through on goal but Nathan Dennis saved well.
