X Rugby 7 - Rugby Reinvented
At Yarnbury on Tuesdays
The RFU has been working with World Rugby, in line with its strategic plan, to consider development of the sevens game. Directed by our insights on the wants and needs of potential and existing players, developing a more flexible and accessible format of contact rugby was necessary to fit the changing lifestyles of players aged 16–30.
XRugby is now an approved format in the law book and all World Rugby Tier One Nations are now utilising the format.
7's Games - but across the pitch so you can have 2 games running at the same time or 1 game and 1 training/skills session.
Can anyone can turn up? YES its aimed at new players, ex players or current players, over 18's men initially.
First session FREE, after that a small cost

When? Tuesdays at 8PM
World Rugby will formally ‘launch’ XRugby at the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018 in San Francisco, this July.
XRugby’s format involves playing across the pitch, offering a simple to understand, adaptable
version of the game, with contact as a core element.
