We're Back!

After a pretty rugby free March we find ourselves back in action with a trip down the A34 to Abingdon RUFC, having impressed last time out Wheatley will be looking for a maximum return on the 2 fixtures, Abingdon have themselves found some form winning the last couple of games.

The front row will be without Pete Mitchell for the first time this season with Simon Chadbone stepping up with Ezra Rees away warm weather training, Alex Gabbidon and Alex Acklam giving the coal face a familiar feel.

Jack Smith and Jack Atkinson are in the engine room legs permitted with Smithy entering his 3rd week of summer body training, Acko will just be happy his legs are in good shape having enjoyed a week off those hard days round campus,

Back row looks in good shape with Caillin Taylor, Spencer Bailey and James Neal all in action Dan Bland a notable absentee having found love and a new smart phone.

Aaron Laman comes in at 9 as 4th choice with Jack Taylor away on a pottery expedition to Marrakech, Gav Belcher not available due to the fixture being away and Hugo...... well not sure he was available yesterday!

Josh Hillsden steps in at ten after sitting out most of the season with injury we welcome Josh back and hope he adds his sparkle to this game and the remainder of the season, Sanda Mpanza and Joe Hobdell add another cap to their centre partnership. Joe Taylor and Jordan Hook add pace to the wing with the matriarch once again stepping into the breach at full back.
