Last game of the season sees already relegated Norwich City 3s travel to fortress Bishop Stopford. Kettering managed to win the earlier fixture in Norwich 3-2 thanks to a late Jacques Lourens goal. The side Kettering faced that day were far from bottom of the table material and it will be interesting to see what side travels from Norwich. Kettering were buoyed, yet disappointed not to take anything from last weekends visit to champions elect Cambridge South and will look to bounce back in some style. With Dragons losing last weekend Kettering are guaranteed 9th place but could finish as high as 7th if results go their way. A promising debut season in 2N but with a bit of luck in running and chances taken they could have been well up the table. This all bodes well for next season when the young squad will have had a year's match practice and will be looking to kick on and challenge near the top of the table.
