Clubhouse Hire: Members & Non-Members

The clubhouse is a great venue and available for hire by ARFC members and non-members alike. Rates are very competitive for non-members and local community groups, with additional discounts for club members.

The clubhouse is ideal for a range of events from birthdays to anniversaries, office parties, meetings, and family celebrations. Located in Anstey Park there is plenty of parking and plenty of space.

Subject to availability & playing commitments, bookings can be made:
• Out of the rugby season (late May-Aug): day time and evening bookings, weekdays and most weekends
• In the rugby season (Sep-early May): some week days and evenings (including Fridays). The club is busy most Saturdays and Sundays with the clubhouse full of thirsty players, members and spectators, but it is worth enquiring as there are some free weekends every season.

The clubhouse provides:

• Full catering service from sandwiches to a hog roast, curries, buffet or three course dinner
• Audio visual equipment and Wi-fi
• Competitively priced bar with a range of real ales, lagers, cider, wines & spirits and soft drinks
