Firstly, a Happy New Year to you all.

The purpose of this post is to let you know the above has been booked again at Toot Hill on May 18th, 2017. Attached is a file containing the details. The cost of the day is unchanged and is the same as 5 years ago when this event started. Although that might go up next year as costs have risen.

It would be very much appreciated if could attend this year. Your support over the last 4 years has helped to raise almost 8,000 for the Community Amateur Sports Charity. Please let me know if you can or can't attend. It would also be appreciated, if you intend to join us again this, if you would send a deposit of 60 per team, by the end of March. With a final payment on May 1st.

If you have any friends who enjoy a friendly round of golf, who you think might be interested in joining us, please let me know.

Also, for this year, due to my own very personal schedule (Family and travel) Graham Comley (Club Treasurer) has offered to help out with organising this years event. So if you see the Graham Comley pop up in your in box please don't delete the message.
