What personal data does Camborne Cricket Club (C.C.C.) collect.
The data collected includes names ,addresses ,e mail address and telephone number (s).We collect this data direct from our members. For playing members we may collect additional information such as health issues ,allergies etc. that are relevant to playing cricket.

What is the data used for.
Members data is used for communication of information, the organisation of matches, and the administration of Project 2000 monthly draw.

Will the data be shared with any third parties.
Not without your consent

Where does the data come from
From membership forms and Data Protection Act Consent Forms.

How is it stored
Our membership data is stored in digital form on computers

Who is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
The Management Committee of C C C is responsible for ensuring that the Club discharges its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations and is responsible for recording and reporting any breach in regulations

Who has access to your data
The Management Committee has access to enable it to carry out its tasks for C.C.C. such as responding to members enquiries but the data will not be shared with anyone outside C.C.C.

What is the legal basis for collecting this data
C.C.C. collects personal data that is necessary for the purposes of its legitimate interests as a membership organisation and as the authority of an internationally recognised and regulated competitive sport.

How can I check what data we have on you
If you want to see the basic membership data we have on you please contact Bernard Smith bswsmith@supanet.com

How can I ask for my data to be removed ,limited or corrected
Please contact Bernard Smith (as above ) to make any updates , or if you want it removed .If it is removed then you will not receive any further communication from C.C.C.

How long will you keep my data
Your data will be kept until such time as you ask for it to be removed or cease to be a member

What happens to the data in the event of your death.
All information regarding a members who dies will be destroyed
