“Phil Thomas is taking a well earned, long holiday after more than a decade of managing the bar. To coincide with this, the Club has agreed that the very experienced and successful company of Doughtery and Allen will manage the bar. You may be aware that they've already been looking after the catering at the Club and this gives them an oppurtunity to expand the drinks side of our business. Most of the familar faces will remain behind the bar but with the addition of a couple of new men in Sean and Paul . Phil will be of course returning to assist with running things when he gets back early next year.
