Our mini and youth are the key to a bright future
If Finchley RFC are to return to London 2 and not only sustain our position there but push for promotion, it is imperative that we as a club provide a proper development stragey for all our mini and youth. We must build a strong development squad system that provides the perfect conduit for all players to progress in to senior club as seamlessly as possible.
That way in a couple of years from now, we will have a number of quality players, year on year, pushing for 1st XV places.
The attached diagram shows how we intend to stucture the development squad.
