Brief Profile: Mark Harper is a former Guyana national youth and senior player who also represented the West Indies Youth Team versus the Touring English Youth Tea in 1976. He was a Right Handed attacking batsman who was very outstanding in the League Cricket in the U.K from 1979 to 1996.He has been President of the Guyana Blind Cricket Association for many years, and is an N.C.A U.K Advance Level coach. He was Chairman of Senior Selectors for the Demerara Cricket Board is currently Chairman of Senior Selectors for the Georgetown Cricket Association. He also fills the position of Technical Advisor to the Georgetown Cricket Association..Between 1992 and 1995 Mark coached the youth players at Middlesex County Cricket Club and assisted in the training of coaches and the running of coaching courses in Middlesex County. He was Manager & Head Coach of the Caribbean Cricket Centre in Antigua from 1997 to 1999, National Coach of Guyana for a spell in 2000 & 2001 and was coach for Bermuda from 2001 to 2004. During his three-year term with the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB), Harper was influential in the success of the Island's Under-15 national squad that captured two successive Americas Championships. He played a major role in the re-introduction of two-day cricket to the domestic schedule and also coached the senior national team to 2005 ICC Trophy qualification in Ireland.Mark Harper was also Turks and Caicos coach from 2007 to 2008 for Caribbean island's 2008 Stanford Twenty20 preparations. In 2009 he worked with the Sacred Cows Foundation to develop a national coaching plan for St Lucia.In January 2011 Harper was again appointed National Coach of Guyana.

Brief Profile: Roderick Lovell started his cricket career on the East Bank Demerara where he played for a number of years before moving to play for the Guyana Defence Force CC, where he was the leading fast bowler. He also played for Everest C.C and formed a potent new ball attack with Eion Katchay. Roderick played a couple of seasons in England and also Trinidad and Barbados where he opened the bowling with Fidel Edwards for Y.M.P.C. He represented Demerara and Guyana at the under-19 and senior levels. Roderick coached Guyana national under15 team in the regional competition and to England and has been the Coach of the Georgetown Cricket Association's under-19 team for the past 3 years.Roderick is the Cricket Coach of the Guyana Defence Force and is in his fourth year as the GCA Junior Selection Committee Chairman.
