Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Llantwit Fardre RFC on Friday 5th June, 2015 at 7:30pm

Any nominations for Committee Members/Officers or matters to be raised on the night will need to be submitted in writing to the Secretary 14 days prior to the meeting.

Only fully paid up members will be able to attend the meeting - membership will be checked on the night
