The "credit" will be added directly to your loyalty card at the time of payment and it must be used within the forthcoming season i.e. before the end of June 2016, otherwise it will be forfeited.

All fees must be paid by 30th September 2015 otherwise your loyalty card will be disabled and the discounted bar prices will not be available to you.
