Monday - 6.30pm till 8pm – S1/S2 (G4 Astro)

Tuesday - 6.30pm till 8pm - Senior (Mens) & Thebans
- 6.30pm till 8pm - U16's & U18 Boys
- 8pm till 9.30pm - Touch Rugby Section (All Welcome)

Wednesday - 5.30pm till 7pm - U15's & U18 Girls

Thursday - 6.30pm till 8pm - Senior (Mens) & Senior (Womens)
- 6.30pm till 8pm U16s/ U18s

Saturday - Senior (Mens) Fixtures
U18's Fixtures

Sunday - Senior (Womens) Fixtures
Midi (S1-U16 ) Boys & Girls Training/Fixture
12pm till 1.30pm - Mini (P1-P7) Training/Fixture

All sessions are usually on the G4 Astro unless stated otherwise.
