This year the DVC will be held on December 20th make sure the date is in your diary and if you are heading home for Christmas book your train or plane for the Sunday!

FESTIVE FEAST
To start
1a Parsnip, carrot, cider and quinoa soup, root vegetable crisps (v)
1b Chicken liver parfait, caramelised onion chutney, sourdough toast
1c Golden and ruby beetroot, orange, red chicory, walnut salad (v, n)
1d Whisky oak smoked salmon, orange, watercress salad, toasts
The main event
All served with goose fat roasted potatoes, spiced red cabbage, honey roasted carrots, parsnips to share
2a Crown of English Rose turkey, pigs in blankets, Brussels sprouts, seasonal stuffing, gravy
2b Highland venison and chestnut suet pudding, celeriac purée, cabbage and sprout fricassee (n)
2c Jerusalem artichoke, shallot and leek tart tatin, rapeseed oil roasts, celeriac purée (v)
2d Pan roasted turbot, creamed leeks, peas, smoked bacon
Puddings to finish
3a Figgy pudding, brandy butter ice cream
3b Chocolate brookie, vanilla ice cream
3c Mulled apple sorbet, pear purée, winter fruits, cinnamon crackers
3d Oxford Blue cheese, figs, honey, water biscuits (v)
