Following the conclusion of the 2016/17 season on Wednesday night, Radcliffe Olympic is proud to announce the appointment of Simon Daws as the new First Team Manager with immediate effect. Simon comes to us with a wealth of football experience gained from managing Holwell Sports and most recently Newark Town. Simon is currently putting his backroom team together, and is looking forward to an exciting pre-season at the Recreation Ground.

General Manager Scott Carlton comments; “We are delighted to have secured Simon as our new First Team Manager. He brings a wealth of experience as a manager and formerly as a player, playing to a very good standard. I have personally known Simon for a long time and we feel he is the right man for the job and is actually no stranger to Radcliffe Olympic, having formerly played for the club in our Notts Alliance Days. We are delighted that Simon has bought into our vision for the club and we look forward to working with him on the forthcoming season and beyond.”
