Redruth RFC is very pleased to announce the appointment of Head Coach, Palepoi Nonu (Pale) who will be assisted by Gareth Tedstone (Ted) and together they will lead the 2017/18 season.
Chairman of Redruth RFC, Treve Dunstan, is looking forward to the season ahead with a fresh duo. In a brief statement Treve expressed his excitement at the decision. "It's a very obvious step up the ladder for Pale who will transfer his undeniable knowledge of the game over to the squad. We are delighted that Ted, rugby coach and forwards coach at Truro College Academy, will also continue to allow us to retain links with the college in the same way that we did when Marek was on board.
It's a very exciting time for Redruth RFC at the moment with lots of positive changes both on and off the field, and we now look forward to pre season".
In addition, Rupert Cooper (not pictured) from the Pirates will also be assisting Pale and Ted with specific skills training for the squad throughout the season. Another strong local link will only enhance what we have on board already!
