This document is intended as a one stop document which has all relevant contact details for each age group. Details for coaches, managers, first aiders and associated qualifications and contact details can be recorded.

We are required to keep a register of which players attend each training session. The attached document has therefore been produced to aid the team manager/coaches in recording the register.

This intent to tour form must be completed and handed back to Liam Bellamy for any tour which involves spending one or more night outside Cornwall.

The RFU Leadership Academy aims to develop new potential leaders each year for Clubs/Referee Societies/Constituent Bodies and to track and offer further development for past Academy graduates as they assume senior Leadership roles.
