The Tregorrick Clubhouse might be just the place for you!

The Tregorrick Clubhouse at St Austell Rugby Club is an adaptable and flexible space that makes it perfect for just about any kind of celebration, social event or business function.

For those special occasions like Weddings, landmark birthdays, Christenings and retirements the Clubhouse will make the party go with a swing and ensures any gathering of family and friends is an occasion to remember. Please see that attached images of recent events hosted in the Tregorrick Clubhouse.

It is also the perfect venue to host business events from regular or one-off meetings, company away days, workshops and training courses.

Charity fundraisers can be chartered for events like bingo, quizzes, race nights and the venue can also be used for classes, dance lessons, band practice....

Finding a quality venue for your function, meeting or any other occasion that isn’t going to cost the earth and yet suits all your needs can be difficult. Let us tell you about how we can make having a function easy and affordable, listening to your initial idea, taking it right through to delivery.

Cost - Each function or event is different. We look at your requirements and build you an individual price, giving you the most efficient solution to your needs. Get in touch, tell us your plans and we'll give you a quote.

Here are some of the events we have successfully hosted. If you can't see what you want just ask:

  • Birthday Parties – You can come in and decorate before the function to make it an extra special occasion (Please note, unfortunately we do not host 18th or 21st Birthdays).
  • Christmas Parties - Function room will be fully decorated and feeling festive to make sure your Christmas Party is one to remember.
  • Wedding receptions – You can have that wedding at a fraction of the cost of other venues,
  • Retirements – Say well done properly to your colleagues and friends
  • Christenings – Gather the family around and make it memorable. We have lots of grass areas for the kids to run off some steam.
  • External club meetings - are you a club but have no facilities? We can help.
  • Seminars and Workshops – We will listen to your needs and help you to achieve your aims
  • Training and Away Days – Need a fresh environment for the day? We can support you in all respects from IT to refreshments.
  • Charity Fund Raisers - The perfect venue to hold a quiz, bingo night, race night, talent contest or just about anything you can think of to raise money for good causes.
  • Funeral Wakes - please get in touch. We run these on a different basis.

Here's how we can help:

  • You don’t just get the facility! You also get our Functions Manager who has extensive experience in organising events of all types and sizes to help you FOR FREE; no need to be worried about booking that function now!
  • We have two functions rooms; each are charged out for a small fee. Contact us to find out how much (it differs due to size, time of day etc.);
  • Want food at your function? No problem! We can supply catering for you, or you can bring your own in. *We will facilitate you coming in to set up at a time convenient to you.
  • Music - You can either bring in a DJ/disco/karaoke if you require it (plenty available in the area) or book a band as we even have a music stage in one room!
  • Dancing - The rooms can configured to allow plenty of space for dancing, a sit-down meal or both – it’s up to you.
  • Drinks - Professionally staffed bar with competitive prices – Great wines, local beers and spirits to make your function go with a swing.
  • Car Parking - Free & private car parking for up to 120 cars.

*Please note - if you need to set up over another potential booking day a charge may be levied.
