Pre-season fitness has begun!
With games starting early September pre-season club fitness is under way every other week down at Didsbury playing fields, with stick and ball training starting in early August.
Meet, and warm up, time is 6:45pm with the session starting promptly at 7pm.
Club fitness training is open to all existing members and those that are looking to join (age 14+)
** If you're worried about coming to your first session don't be :) just bob us an email or direct message on social media and we'll happily arrange for a friendly face to meet you and walk down together **
We usually train on the football pitches on the far side of the playing fields.
