Do you struggle with injuries? Can pain be a reason why some of us can't play to the best of our ability? Are you wondering what could be done to help - to be recovered and playing again as fast as possible? Jo Lade runs Pain & Injury Workshops - showing people how to work with their body when it is injured and they are in pain - helping them understand the signals their body is giving them when it's all gone wrong - should they take painkillers and carry on - does the pain mean rest or move - should they be stretching or strengthening - why has that injury come back?
The next Workshop is Saturday 9th February at Aske Stables near Richmond and runs from 9.30-3.30 - further details on my Facebook page here or on my website - LOGiC Pain Education.
If any players are interested but can't make a whole day I can run half day or shorter sessions tailored to your specific needs - get in touch and we can talk about what your club really needs to help make 2019 your best year ever!
