Few changes to the routine
-meet in the bar- aiming for a better changing room environment
-new drill instead of 3v2 - aiming to improve our tempo and continuity
Targets This Week
-ruthless D - must be organised, noisy and push hard
-tempo in attack- play at a speed that oppositions can't handle
-nags and dummy nags ('shadows') to create time and space.
