A Mixed Season
The league season started ok, we than had a dip and then finished strongly. We managed a rune of 7 league games without defeat until or last 2 games of the season. A narrow 2-1 loss away to Wigtown and a narrow 3-2 defeat to local rivals Heston Rovers in our final league game saw us finish in 8th place in the league. If we had won that game, we would have finished 4th!!
Our Cup campaign didn't fare too well although we had a great win against Lowland League side BSC Glasgow at New Abbey. Other cup results were disappointing after that, some were really poor but as usual timing of the ties was crucial as we had a numebr of players unavailable when they were being played.
Congratulations go to Co-Manager Frazer Brolls who completed the SFA Coaching Course and gained his C Licence. This can only improve the team.
