The AGM is the opportunity for the full members to select who will strategically and practically lead the club and plan for its future. Selection of our Captains has always been of keen interest to our players, however at this time we urge all to be involved in selection of who will be part of the management of the club, for the current difficulties we face and planning for its future success.

Attendance at the AGM this year is primarily online. To vote you must be 'present' a full member ( playing/ life/ full voting) Current or were curent for the 19/20 season. Those ineligible ( Social/ no payment) will not be admitted to the meeting for voting process.

Due to covid restrictions we have restrictions to how many can attend in person, however online we can have up to 100. Currently we are confirming of those nominated who are attending. Unfortunately, there will be no addition room. The club will be closed for the purposes of trade as this is a business meeting, however we anticipate general opening immediately after approximately 8pm should you wish to enjoy a beverage.

Voting will be online using the zoom video app apart from the election of committee where additional options are required due to the fantastic volume of individuals wishing to an active part of it.
