Further lifting of COVID-19 restrictions permitting, the 2021 AGM will be held in the club. However, if restrictions are not lifted sufficiently to allow a full AGM a similar format to 2020 will be used with further information closer to the date.

Nominations sheets will be posted in the Club and nominations are sought for the following positions:

Chairman
Honorary Secretary
Honorary Treasurer
Committee Members (x8)
1st IV Captain and Vice Captain
Talbots Captain and Vice Captain
Hustlers Captain and Vice Captain

For those unable to attend the club at present, nominations with proposer and seconder, may be sent via email to the Honorary Secretary (d.springhall@ntlworld.com). Those nominated for election to office and those proposing and seconding must attend the AGM.
In order to be considered for office, propose, second or indeed vote on proceedings you must be a ‘full’ member of the Club. For the avoidance of doubt, social and associate membership categories are not full memberships and do not carry voting rights.
