1.Don't use profane language or harass players, coaches or referees
2.Applaud good play by either team
3.Condemn the use of violence in all forms
4.Verbal abuse of players or referees cannot be accepted in any shape or form. Players and referees are not fair targets for ignorant behaviour
Code for Parents of Young Players
1.Remember that young people are involved in sport for their enjoyment, not yours
2.Encourage your child always to play to the Laws of the game
3.Never ridicule or yell at players for making mistakes or losing a match
4.Remember that young people learn best by example
5.Do not publicly question the referees judgement and never their honesty
6.Support all efforts to remove verbal and physical abuse from rugby
7.Recognise the value and importance of volunteer coaches and referees. They give their time and resources to provide recreational activities for your children.
8. Set an example by being friendly to opponents, other parents & Match Officials
