Once an entry has been entered, that will be the numbers that will remain entered for the duration of the game.
Players may change numbers at the end of games and before the new game starts.
If the promoter enters the wrong numbers into the game they will only be changed within the first week of the game if the player notifies the promoter and if it can be shown that the numbers are wrong and different from the ones supplied on paper originally supplied to the promoter(i.e. on entry form)
Unreadable entries will be entered with the best intentions, players will be attempted to be contacted for clarification, but if not thought to be wrong it will be entered as read and the player will be responsible to report it, and comply with rule number three.
Entries listed on the website are taken to be the correct ones and take preference over any other list produced.
Payments should be kept up to date or ahead, the club will not be held responsible for payments made through third parties and not received by the club, only club officials can record payments made.
A list of lucky dip entries will be entered into all new games and will be available to new players before the third week. To be chosen on a lucky dip basis. This will enable new players to enter even though they weren't in from the start but the line of numbers they receive will have been entered from the start. Lucky dip entries not required will then be removed before the third weeks draw.
The game is like bingo, in the sense that players select 10 numbers and the cross off the ones they get on the Saturday national lottery, six main numbers and the bonus ball (seven in total). The winner being the first to complete their ladder in a week before anyone else. Players completing their ladder in the same week will share the prize equally.
The promoter on behalf of the football club (Robert Taylor) will be the sole person for clarification of any other dispute that arises. Although appeal maybe made to the club committee in writing. Members of the committee cannot decide upon any appeals if concerning members of their family or friends.
Entry is £1 per week per line entry
The payout will be 50% of the take, the other 50% will go to Alnmouth Football Club.
Rules can be updated at anytime that the club see fit.
All players taking part do so in the knowledge that they do so in complying with these rules.
Payout will only made after all checks have been made to check the entries for mistakes. Payout out will be within 4 days of the winning draw.
Players should keep payments up to date if not ahead, this enables us to run a better game, players behind by more than one week will not be paid out fully and their debts will be multiply tenfold and donated to the club from their prize, or the club declare the right to not pay out at all if the player is excessively behind.
