From Wakefield
Leave Wakefield along the A642 Aberford Road going past Pinderfields Hospital. At the bottom of the hill, and 100 yards after the entrance to Normanton Golf Club on the left, you need to turn right onto Ferry Lane. Stay on this road going over the narrow bridge and up the hill past Roots Nurseries. As you come into Altofts, look for the Robin Hood pub on the right and take the next right hand turn, signposted Normanton, into High Green Road. Keep going (this becomes Station Road) across a mini-roundabout and you will then see school signs/markings. Look for Ash tree gardens on your right just before the main road goes up over a railway bridge. The school is at the end of this short road. If parking is not available in the car park at the front, you can park on the left hand side of the school.

From the M62.
Leave M62 at junction 31 (sign-posted Normanton). Take the appropriate lane(s) following the signs for the Europort (This is the first, immediate left turn coming from Leeds/the West, so from the East you need to take the right hand lane when you leave the motorway and go round back under the motorway) Follow California Drive through the industrial estate and under the new railway bridge. Follow the road round to the left and take the 2nd left turn signposted for Altofts. You are now on Pope Street. Follow this road under the old railway bridge and keep going through Altofts for approx 1.5 mile. After passing Martin Frobisher Infants school on the left and the Horse and Jockey pub on the right, take the 2nd left, signposted Normanton, into High Green Road. Keep going (this becomes Station Road) across a mini-roundabout and you will then see school signs/markings. Look for Ash tree gardens on your right just before the main road goes up over a railway bridge. The school is at the end of this short road.
