The Rugby Club Constitution hasn't been updated for many years and contains a number of anomalies which need to be sorted. Rather than tinker with the existing version it is proposed to adopt a brand new Constitution. This will form the basis of how the Club is managed for the future and has been drawn up in consultation with representatives of Aston Edwardian Association Ltd.
The current, and proposed, documents are available to view on this website.
Following the Special General Meeting, the Annual General Meeting will be held.
The Agenda for the evening is:-
