Data Protection Policy

1. Purpose

Atherstone Town Football Club Ltd ("the Club") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its
members, shareholders, volunteers, players, coaches, supporters, contractors, and other stakeholders.This
policy sets out how the Club complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data
Protection Act 2018, and other applicable data protection legislation.

2. Scope

The policy covers all personal data held by the Club in electronic, paper, photographic, video, and audio formats
and applies to:
• Directors and officers
• Volunteers
• Coaches and team management
• Players
• Members and shareholders
• Contractors and third parties acting on behalf of the Club

3. Data Protection Principles

The Club will ensure personal data is:

• Ticketing information
