We have updated our spectator guidance to reflect the current situation in respect of Covid. See the full update below.

MATCHDAY GUIDE TO GAMES AT BROADWATER (V31/7/21)

Please obey all signs and do not come to the ground if you have covid symptoms.

Q1. Are spectators allowed again?
A1. Yes.

Q2. Do I need to prove double vaccination or a negative test to attend?
A2. No.

Q3. What track and trace procedures are in operation?
A3. NHS QR Code can be scanned or people can leave with the club their name and phone number (paper records are destroyed after 21 days).

Q4. Is hand sanitiser available?
A4. Yes.

Q5. Do we have temperature guns?
A5. Yes.

Q6. Can I buy alcohol from the clubhouse at Broadwater on matchdays?
A6. Yes – the staff now take orders from behind a perspex screen and barriers control the queue of customers to be served at the bar. Table service is no longer offered. Drinks to be taken inside the ground must be in plastic containers.

Q7. Do I need a mask?
A7. No, but when numbers in the bar become very busy some people will feel safer and show courtesy to others by wearing a mask whilst standing in the clubhouse.

Q8. Is social distancing mandatory for spectating inside the ground?
A8. No- but it is advisable to allow fellow supporters space for their comfort and safety.

Q9. Will the dressing rooms be open for players and officials?
A9. Yes -the rules have now been relaxed and it is down to each team to ensure that numbers of people and length of time in a confined space are controlled and masks used when appropriate.

Q10. Is boardroom hospitality provided?
A10. Yes- once the relevant league season starts.

Q11. Are tickets on sale in advance?
A11. No- our 1,500 capacity is large enough to cope with sales on the day.
