T1 Touch is the RFU's new format of touch rugby, giving an introduction to the sport for those who don't want to experience the hard knocks of full contact rugby. Meeting up for a throw about of a ball and then a few drinks after. You needn't be a seasoned rugby expert, or even know a thing about rugby to start with. We're all inclusive, friendly social bunch looking to get out the house and have a laugh.
