CONSTITUTION
1.The Club’s name shall be Blaenau Rugby Football Club.
2.The Club shall be affiliated to the Llanelli & District Rugby Union
3.The object of the Club shall be to promote Rugby Union Football and to encourage good fellowship with other similar clubs
4.The officials, i.e. Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, etc and Committee members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting, date of which will be fixed by the Chairperson. The Committee will consist of 24 members
5.Any member nominated as an official of Club must be proposed and seconded by a member of the Club subject to nominees approval
6.Membership fees shall be fixed at the Annual General Meeting. All fees must be paid no later than 30th November of each year.
7.The Sponsorship Sub-Committee shall have the power to elect Vice-Presidents
8.Life and Honorary Members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting and shall attend if desired all meetings with voting rights
9.The players shall elect the Club Captain annually. The Club Captain shall then choose their Vice Captain
10.Any Committee member who absents themselves from three consecutive meetings without justifiable cause shall cease to be a member of the Committee
