11.The Rugby Secretary shall between meetings have the right to grant permits for players to assist other clubs, subject to W.R.U rules.
12.The players shall be insured against accidents with a reputable insurance firm
13.The Treasurer shall present at the Annual General Meeting a duly audited Statement of Accounts and this shall be submitted for adoption
14.The Committee will hold regular meetings on Monday evenings, except when emergency meetings are necessary
15.The Secretary shall be responsible for recording the minutes of the above meetings in a minute book and its production at each meeting
16.Business arising from each minute shall refer only to matters of information and shall not include the re-discussion of questions previously settled, nor rescind without proper notice any action previously taken
17.The Secretary shall produce at each meeting any correspondence received or sent
18.Any member desiring an amendment to the rules must submit that change o in writing, at least 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting
19.No By-laws or rules shall be altered, rescinded or added without a two thirds majority of those attending the Annual General Meeting
20.The officials shall call a special general meeting if at any time they receive a request to that effect signed by not less than 15 paid up members
21.The Chairman’s ruling on all points of order shall be accepted as final
22.The Club shall be governed at all times by the rules of the Welsh Rugby Union
