The club accounts are a good place to see how the club finances are apportioned. However, there are basically 3 main areas - Running the Facility, Rugby and Special Projects. All club-wide fundraising, for example: Gate Money, Dances/Shows, Bar Raffle etc. all go towards the special projects that look towards the long-term benefit of the club.

How Can We Raise More?

There are many ways to fund raise but it does take hard work and commitment. It could take the guise of writing letters to various trust funds and grant agencies requesting money through to running a chocolate party. The list is endless please visit the Fundraising Directory for ideas.
