Terms and Conditions

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY: Blairgowrie Rams accepts no liability for any damage, loss, illness or injury resulting from participation at Blairgowrie Rugby Club howsoever that may have been caused, save for death or personal injury caused by Blairgowrie Rams’ own negligence. Blairgowrie Rams accepts no liability for any illness or injury resulting from over-exertion, aggravation or precipitation of any medical condition. All persons participate at Blairgowrie Rams on the express understanding that it is at their own risk.

INSURANCE: Whilst coaching and matches are supervised to minimise the risk of injury, rugby is a physical contact game. The benefits under the compulsory SRU insurance cover are low, even for serious injury, and do not cover loss of earnings. It is therefore recommended that additional cover be taken out. Please note that Blairgowrie Rams, its servants, agents or employees will not be responsible for supervising Junior/Mini/Micro players before or after coaching sessions or matches. The SRU encourages players to have an up to date tetanus injection. A properly fitted gum shield and head guard is also recommended.
