Well known on the Oxfordshire rugby circuit Brian was instrumental in founding this great club in 1977. It would also be fair to say that he single handedly drove the club forward for the subsequent 35 plus years winning the Oxfordshire Shield several times while at the helm. In addition to organising Blue Boar tours to Cornwall, France and being the first British Club to tour Hungary he was a Player, Secretary, Fixtures, selector, administrator, kit washer ....it all happened under one roof earning him the affectionate title Mr Blue Boar..... and he was.
