The 2013/14 season will be the first to have organised Futsal events within the season's programme. Under 8's and Under 9's teams will get the chance to take part in these Futsal events as part of the 3 stage seasons devised by the FA. November-January will be the period in which teams will get this chance to play in Futsal events.
Futsal is an indoor version of the 5 a side game using a size 4 ball with restricted bounce and some other different rules. The ball and different rules help create an emphasis on technical skill and decision making.

Bury Town is a very proactive football club with a vision to use Futebol de Salão and Futsal to help every footballer in our club to enjoy the game and reach their true potential.

Futebol de Salão
This season we will be purchasing some Futebol de Salao's, we are offering to our U7's-U9's and Girls the chance to buy a ball through our club at a discounted rate. These balls will be the players possession and will be brought to training sessions. Our coaches will put on some sessions over the season using these balls, we will also be uploading skill tutorial video's and fun games/sessions for the kids to practice at home. These balls are a great tool to aid individual ball mastery and were used by the hugely successful Brazilian Soccer Schools.
