First of all our privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways Caerleon Town AFC gather, uses, discloses, and manages our personnel(s) data. What personal data we collect and why we collect it!

When visitors makes a comment on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. This is to ensure that the visitor is not a robot and the data is only collected to ensure that no illegal or malicious activity occurs. This is for the safety of all users and visitors to our site.

Media

All media files uploaded to our website are either owned by us or generic photos obtained from the manufacturer. Some photos may be obtained from google if they can not be obtained from the above mentioned sources. These photos will be generic media which are assumed to not be the property of anyone. No watermarked media will be used. If you believe that you own the rite to any media that we may show via our website please contact us using the contacts form on our contact page.

Contact forms

Any data maintained (eg: name, address, contact details, ect) will be stored for a maximum of 30 days by our selves before being manually deleted. All of your data is private and we do not forward any data to any third party marketing companies.

We do not share any data with third parties. Unless you are a registered player and you relevant data is shared with the league and the FAW.
