Any person wishing to join the Club has one calendar month to jay the subscription following their selection.

Any person whose subscription is unpaid by 31st October, or within one month of his election, whichever is the later date, shall be liable to suspension at the discretion of the committee.

There shall be levied a payment (the amount to be fixed by the committee) for each match played. The Annual General Meeting shall be held before the 30th June each year on fourteen days notice from the Secretary. At the meeting the following matters will be dealt with:
(a) The Secretaries will give their reports.
(b) The Treasurer shall present accounts, copies of which shall be circulated to members when they have been audited.
(c) The Captains shall present their reports.
(d) The election of officers.
(e) Such other business as may be transacted at the General Meeting provided that the Secretary shall have 7 days prior notice IN WRITING of any proposed alterations to the rules.
13 Extraordinary General Meetings may be convened at any time on
14 days notice from the Secretary whether on the instructions of the committee or on receipt by the Secretary of written requisition stating the object of such a meeting, and signed by no less than 7 members.

In the event of an officer having to resign his position during the playing season, the committee shall have the power to fill the vacancy without calling an Extraordinary General Meeting.

The committee shall have the power to expel or suspend any member at its discretion, subject to the right of appeal at any general committee meeting.
IS Playing members must be changed and have reported to their respective Captains AT LEAST TEN MINUTES before the time of kickoff, otherwise places may be filled.

The Club President is allowed to sit on any committee as an ex-officio member.
IS The Secretary of the Club shall maintain a list of all present members names and the list shall be made available to any Club member requesting sight of the same provided this request is made in writing 3 days before the member who requires the list to be made available.

No member of the committee concerned with the purchase of intoxicating liquor or indeed any other member of the Club shall derive any financial gains from so acting, and any profits in connection with the sale on intoxicating liquor shall always be applied for the benefit of the Club as a whole or for charitable or benevolent purposes.

The Club shall be free to purchase intoxicating liquor from whatever source the committee concerned with the purchase of liquor see fit.
21 The accounts relating to the purchase and sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made available to any member of the Club upon giving the Secretary 24 hours notice.
22 The committee shall be entitled:
(a) On not more than six occasions in any one year to permit the use of the Club to supply intoxicating liquor to an outside organisation on such terms as the Club committee may decide subject to the purpose of the occasion being that of raising of funds for the benefit of the Club or for charitable or benevolent purposes.
(b) To allow any member of the Club to use the Club for the purpose of wedding receptions, anniversaries or personal events as an occasion special to that member, and to have such invited guests as may be agreeable to the committee, and shall be entitled to be supplied with intoxicating liquor as he or she may order provided that the total number of occasions where non-members may purchase intoxicating liquor as set in Rules (a) and (b) shall not exceed 12 in any one year.
(c) Members of the Club may introduce guests from time to time but not more than two guests at any one time and the same person may not be introduced as a guest on more than nine occasions per year, and no guests shall be introduced after 10.00 p.m.
(d) Any alterations to the Club rules must be displayed in the Club for a period of 21 days, and the Clerk to the Justices must be informed and issued with notice.
(e) The Club shall supply intoxicating liquor in accordance with this constitution for the following hours.
(f) Members of an opposing team playing against the Club and their accompanied officials will be entitled to enjoy all the facilities of the Club on the day of their visit, including the purchase of intoxicating liquor.
