We appreciate that Storm Bert has done considerable damage across the country and the rain has caused serious flooding in the local area. As a result of volume of water from surrounding fields, the Pond overflowed and has flooded the road and adjacent pitch.

We are aware of this ongoing issue and work on the pond bank is being planned, but if anyone can offer assistance in this major project to help, it would be greatly received.
A plan will be put together to do the work with the minimum amount of disruption to members..

In the meantime, we do need all the ditches to be cleared of any obstacles, so come along with your wellies and a rake to help clear.
